  • higher university education;
  • at least 3 years of managerial work experience;

  • ability to work in an uncertain and changing environment.
  • ability to gather and motivate a team to achieve common goals;
  • excellent problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • the ability to fluently convey ideas orally and in writing;
  • excellent communication skills, proactivity, initiative, independence;
  • English proficiency.
