We are currently inviting a Data Management Specialist to join!
You will be responsible for:
- work with students' internal and external information systems, their processes, monitoring of student data;
- the application of tuition fees and the management of relevant requests;
- provision of data, statistics to external institutions;
- work with secure documents-forms and their issuance;
- preparation of certificates, printing of graduation documents and approval of other study documents;
- performance of other tasks related to the compilation, processing and presentation of data.
We hope you:
- has experience in administrative work and is able to quickly absorb new information;
- you are attentive to details, diligent, proactive and positive person, able to work in a team and individually;
- apply high quality standards and adhere to agreements;
- has a higher education;
- learn English at a level not lower than B2;
- has work experience with information systems (advantage).
