Bicycle Repair Shop Specialist

As a technician in our workshop, you will provide high-quality bicycle maintenance and repair services so that our customers can enjoy their bicycles for longer. Simply put, your job will be to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring the best possible customer experience. You'll also be involved in recycling and repairing broken bikes in the shop, which means you'll play an important role in our shared mission to help save our planet.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer service: Your passion for sports will help you share advice and experience with customers, and after completing our hands-on product training you will be able to provide the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for. Decathlon has become a multi-channel business, so it is very important that our salespeople are able to help customers regardless of where they shop - in a physical store or online!
  
• Merchandise management: Whether working all day or just a few hours a day, each seller is encouraged to independently manage stock and prices and ensure a high level of in-store promotion so that every customer can easily find the right product for their sport.
  
• Team player: You will be part of a team of like-minded shop assistants who play sports together and celebrate victories together, so it is important that you are able to work well both in a team and independently.

Additional information:

• Bike mechanics are available during regular business hours as well as evenings and weekends. Work will be in a shop where all safety rules and precautions are followed. The safety of our team members and customers is our top priority.
