Customer service by e-mail by mail and phone.
Processing of claims.
Handling of beautifications.
Creation of new product cards.
Maintenance and adjustment of existing goods.
Search, analysis and introduction of new products.
Being interested in and responding to market innovations.
Work with external partners (SEO, META, Google ADS). Performing work or providing information required by them.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Employee requirements
Experience in e-mail in trade (advantage)
Knowledge of Prestashop (advantage)
Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva (advantage)
Organization, creativity, initiative.
Ability to work both individually and in a team.
Willingness to work and contribute to the company's growth.
Good knowledge of English.
