For candidates for employees regarding the processing of personal data

For what purposes and on what basis do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data for the purpose of employee selection. Personal data is processed based on PRATC's legitimate interest in recruiting employees, i.e. Art. 6 GDPR 1 d. on the basis of clause f).
What personal data do we process and what is the source of their acquisition?

In accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, we process your personal data in the following categories:
1. Identity data: name, surname;
2. Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number;
3. Competence data: education, experience, ability to drive a car, CV (curriculum vitae) data, diplomas, certificates, certificates data.

You provide us with the above personal data yourself, in your resume (CV).
Who do we transfer your personal data to?

We transfer your personal data to:
1. To the company providing server hosting services (UAB "Technologinių priusų sprendimi")
2. Supervisory authorities or law enforcement agencies, if personal data is required in accordance with valid legal acts or recommendations and guidelines.
How long do we store your personal data?
We will keep your data until the end of the ongoing selection process (for which you have submitted your CV or other documents).
What are your rights?

As a data subject, you have the right to:
to know (be informed) about the processing of your personal data - we exercise this right by providing you with the above-mentioned information;
get acquainted with the processed personal data;
request correction of your personal data;
to demand the deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), if this can be justified by one of the reasons provided for in Article 17 GDPR. 1 day;
restrict the processing of your personal data. Request to limit the processing of your personal data, when one of the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR applies;
to disagree with the processing of your personal data.
