Your working day / type of work:
- Organization, control and supervision of the work of the expedition department;
- Creation and implementation of expedition strategy and tactical plans;
- Analysis of the needs and changes of the international cargo transportation, logistics, expedition market;
- Representing the interests of the company and conducting business negotiations;
- Analysis of performance results, preparation of reports, proposal and implementation of specific development ideas;
- Participation in the development of the company's business strategy.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Successful work experience of the manager in the field of expedition;
- Good knowledge of Polish, English and Russian languages;
- Willingness to achieve set goals, independence, responsibility;
- Ability to select, educate and motivate employees on a personal level;
- Very good negotiation skills, strategic thinking, goal orientation;
- Ability to effectively cooperate with partners and the team;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing market conditions;
