Sales manager (Cargo transportation, expedition)

Searching for new customers, professional sales of the service by phone / live / email;
Preparation of proposals, negotiations, assistance in solving problems;
After-sales customer service.

Requirements for the employee
Have excellent oral/written communication skills (in English/Lithuanian);
Be distinguished by strong logic, professional negotiation skills;
Have extremely good listening skills and the ability to shape the conversation based on the other person
comments and interests;
Be able to clearly and fluently teach thoughts;
Be able to clearly formulate goals and independently implement them;
Must have experience in sales or telemarketing;
To want to quickly move up the career ladder;
Learn to work in a team.
Advantage - knowledge of Russian / German language
