Work with cargo exchanges, cargo search;
Communication with carriers, carrier search;
Organization and control of the company's transport movement (in the territories of Lithuania and the Baltic States);
Planning of transport routes, control and administration of transport documents;
Communication with drivers, their control;
Assessment of customer needs and execution, monitoring and coordination of orders;
Preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations;
Active implementation of set goals;
Communication with carriers, carrier search;

Employee requirements
Work experience in the field of transport (expedition or logistics).
Work experience with freight/transport exchanges.
Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages.
Work experience with transport exchanges
Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).
Logical thinking, orientation to the result and a responsible approach to one's work.
Communicability, ability to cooperate.
