- Organization of international and domestic road haulage in Europe;
- Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with existing customers;
- Searching for and attracting new customers;
- Freight / transport search and purchase (existing / new customers, freight exchanges);
- Conducting negotiations (cargo order conditions, price, terms, etc.);
- Cargo planning and coordination of tractor journeys.
Employee requirements
- 1 year or more of management experience in the field of transport or forwarding;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of Russian and / or Polish - an advantage;
- Activity, communication, ability to achieve the set goals;
- Receptiveness, ability to learn quickly and work in a team
