2. Ability to organize one's work, responsibility, honesty, management of stressful situations;
3. Orientation towards excellent work results and motivation to earn;
4. Computer literacy;
5. Work experience in the position of a transport manager is an advantage;
6. Foreign languages:
knowledge of English or Russian is necessary;
German, French, Turkish, Polish, etc. language skills would be an advantage.
