Transporto vystymo grupė UAB, one of the top 15 Lithuanian transport companies, is looking for a dedicated and motivated expedition manager to work with our tent truck operations throughout Europe. If you are passionate about logistics, customer relations and driving results, this is the role for you!
- Manage and maintain your OWN fleet of tent trucks;
- Organize and oversee truck fleet operations to optimize efficiency and maintain order;
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and effectively delivering your services;
- Demonstrate rapid problem-solving skills to quickly resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align terms of service and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies and services accordingly.
Employee requirements
- English language skills; additional knowledge of German, French would be an advantage;
- Strong orientation towards quick decision-making, independence and responsibility;
- Computer literacy and analytical thinking, allowing to navigate modern logistics tools;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of transport;
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meet and exceed goals.
