NATURE OF WORK :

  • Administration of personal insurance claims;
  • Collection and assessment of information necessary for claims regulation;
  • Adopting and approving decisions on the payment of insurance benefits in accordance with the procedure established by the company and the powers available;
  • Cooperation with the company's partners in regulating damages;
  • High-quality customer service by phone and e-mail;
  • Participation in the improvement and development of claims settlement processes and insurance products.

  • Have a higher education or are a final year student;
  • Has work experience in the field of customer service;
  • You are customer-oriented, have good negotiation and communication skills;
  • You are able to fluently convey ideas orally and in writing;
  • Learn to plan time, solve and control conflict situations;
  • You work well with a computer;
  • Learn English;
  • You are self-confident, proactive, diligent, attentive, independent and positive-thinking

The salary offered is from EUR 1344 to EUR 2016 before taxes. The final financial compensation for this position will depend on the selected candidate's skill and competency level.
