YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IF YOU ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK WITH:
- Ensuring the maintenance of the technical condition of the 4 largest business centers in Vilnius and the maintenance, technical support, and troubleshooting of the devices located in them;
- Organization and execution of preventive care works;
- Organization and control of the work of a team of subordinate employees (6 technicians);
- Cooperation with the company's permanent partners and service providers in order to support the efficient operation of real estate;
- Documentation related to asset management, administration and archiving;
- Management of financial settlements and preparation of ongoing work reports.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- Engineering, technical education (an advantage in the field of HVAC);
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of building maintenance (an advantage in the maintenance of business centers);
- Experience in contractor selection, work ordering, organization and supervision;
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and weak currents infrastructure;
- Knowledge of the laws governing the maintenance of buildings;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Analytical thinking, demandingness, attentiveness;
- You know how to manage stressful situations;
- Certificate of an energy worker;
- Permits to work with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, heat pumps.
