Nature of work
This is a unique opportunity to occupy perhaps one of the most important roles in the company - you will be responsible for the smooth operation of GYM+ 24/7. Not only the athletes' ability to use our services, but also the successful operation of the entire company will depend on your activities and decisions:
+ I organize maintenance of sports club premises and their engineering systems;
+ Administer the task management system by assigning tasks to technicians;
+ I respond promptly to submitted requests;
+ I control the work of technicians;
+ I plan, organize the performance of preventive, emergency, repair works;
+ I control that the work is done on time and with high quality;
+ You will make and coordinate proposals for additional repair works and organize the execution of such works.

Employee requirements
+ Has experience with the maintenance of commercial buildings or apartment buildings (we will consider this an advantage).
