We are looking for reinforcements for the sales team for the Polish region, working with textile fabrics.
The company's office is in Kaunas, so the work would be several days a week in Kaunas, a few in Vilnius.
You will actively communicate with existing and look for new company customers, clarify their needs, conduct negotiations and sales orders, and supervise their fulfillment.
I go on business trips to clients and exhibitions - at least 5 days a day. per month.
You will prepare commercial proposals for clients.
You set goals, form budgets.
Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
Successful experience as a sales manager working in the Polish market is a big advantage in the import-export of textile raw materials.
Creativity, non-standard, critical thinking, responsibility, initiative and friendliness when working in a team.
Orientation to the result.
Excellent oral and written Polish and communication skills (native Polish would be an advantage);
English is an advantage;
Good negotiation, communication, time management and problem solving skills;
Ability to set goals and understanding of teamwork;
Ability to establish long-term contacts and interest potential customers;
Ability to go on business trips;
Computer literacy, experience working with CRM is an advantage.
