We even have several areas of activity: a well-known e-commerce of quality beauty and health products. the store www.newcrush.com, the distribution business, the professional-oriented www.tikprofesionalams.lt platform, and we are creating private brands.
We are currently looking for an ambitious colleague to support the brands we have created - AIMX, GLOFIX, etc. - to promote in foreign markets. We have very high goals, so we are looking for a colleague to conquer the world of beauty and health industry together with us.
In this position, you will work directly with our founder in growing the international potential of the company, you will contribute to product development and strategy planning.
You are the perfect candidate if you love sales, are not afraid to creatively and persistently pursue your goal, and have a commercial mindset.

- Has successful work experience in export with real and active contacts in the fields of beauty, health or pharmaceuticals;
- You are highly motivated by sales and achieving set goals;

- You are a very good negotiator;
- You are fluent in English both orally and in writing;
- Can go on business trips if needed;
- You are not afraid of finding, making and maintaining contacts.
What will be your job?
- Prospecting and building relationships (cold calls, emails, Linkedin messages, etc.)
- Active cooperation and maintaining relations with existing clients;
- Market potential analysis;
- Representation of the company at exhibitions, events, conferences;
- Preparation of company and product presentations together with the marketing team;
- Presentation of the company and its products during presentations and exhibitions;
- Clarification of customer needs and search for the most suitable solution;
- Achieving the goals set by the company and implementing sales plans;
- Active and responsible filling of reports and customer database in the CRM system;
- Conducting negotiations with clients, preparing commercial proposals and concluding contracts and managing orders.
