ABOUT THE COMPANY:
The only one in Lithuania and one of the largest groups of paper and wood industry companies in the Baltic States is inviting an experienced Export Manager for the Scandinavian region to join its team of experts.
IN THIS HEADING:
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the export sales development strategy in the Scandinavian region
- You will manage the budgeting and execution of sales plans
- You will ensure effective sales activities - you will organize the work of 3 export managers, set goals, enable and track results, as well as develop team members and evaluate their performance
- You will maintain relations with existing customers - market-leading retail chains and distributors, you will conduct negotiations, participate in the conclusion of contracts
- You will constantly monitor the market, competitive environment, rely on analytics, identifying opportunities for business development

WE HOPE YOU:
- You will be able to share the achievements of at least 2 years of export sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) category
- You can be proud of the successful experience of leading a team and the ability to purposefully develop, motivate and mobilize the team for common goals
- You have a university education
- You have mastered analytics, you have excellent skills in working with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strategic thinking, activity planning and management skills, orientation towards achieving results
- You have a driver's license (category B)
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English
Salary
3500-4500 €/mon. gross
