WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU:
- Coordination of the product ordering process, administration of sales and transportation documents, entering orders into the accounting system;
- Preparation of necessary product sales documents (invoices, packing slips, customs documents, etc.);
- Preparation of documents required for cargo release, cargo monitoring;
- Assistance to managers of the export region;
- Preparation of export order documents and execution control;
- Management and control of product balances (in the field of export);
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Data analysis and preparation of reports;
- Cooperation with other company departments;
- Management of administrative tasks assigned to the activities of the export manager;
- Deputy export manager.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Has a higher education;
- Fluent in English or Russian (written and spoken) - at least one foreign language is required;
- Has successful experience in the field of export and is well versed in export processes (would be an advantage);
- Excellent computer skills in MS Excel;
- You have worked with the business management system Axapta 3.0 Build (it would be an advantage);
- Has the ability to simultaneously manage large information flows, analyze data and prepare reports;
- Characterized by speed, flexibility and result orientation.
