Your responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers of assigned markets, understand their needs and requirements and constantly offer solutions that meet their goals
- An integral role in the creation of new strategic sales markets to ensure long-term successful cooperation
- Responsibility for the implementation of set sales goals and financial results
- Effective identification of problems and their resolution in order to ensure a close relationship with the customer
- Negotiations on contracts, commercial conditions, price fluctuations, shares, etc.
- Monitoring the activities of competitors and analyzing and controlling the market situation
- Regular preparation of sales reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
What do we expect from you:
- Successful sales experience (in the FMCG sector - an advantage)
- Experience with export markets (advantage)
- The ability to exert a strong influence in the stages of forming needs and analyzing alternatives
- Analytical thinking, developed communication and sales skills, diplomacy, independence, organization and ability to make quick decisions
- Opportunities to sometimes go on business trips
- Very good English language skills (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
- Driver's license (category B)
