Nature of work
Communicating with existing customers and analyzing their needs.
Assistance to the export manager in the administration of export orders:
Compilation of orders and control of their execution;
Transport coordination with the logistics department and customers;
Preparation and administration of export order documents;
Completing production compositions, logistic information and other documentation for customers.
Coordination of product labeling between the client and the responsible company departments.
Ordering and preparing production samples for shipment to the customer.

Diligence and responsibility.
University or advanced education.
Experience in similar work would be an advantage.
Good command of English. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
Excellent command of Excel and other MS Office applications.
Proficiency with Oracle and SharePoint applications would be an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
