Nature of work

Brand image formation on the Internet;
Setting marketing goals, drawing up and implementing plans/budgets for Lithuanian and foreign markets;
Analysis of the results of marketing and marketing projects, preparation of reports;
Monitoring and proactive adaptation of market needs, trends.
Monitoring of the competitive environment;
Work with "influencers", business partners in Lithuanian and foreign markets;
Work with social networks, content preparation; Preparation of newsletters.
Administration of the e-store (uploading photos, texts, working with the programmer if needed).
Monitoring of order statuses and proactive problem solving.
Balance tracking.
Formation of the product range.
Sales analysis and recommendations.
Customer service info. in the post office.
Customer journey analysis and recommendations.
E-store development.
Supporting partnerships with other platforms.
Google comments (about products) management.
Promotion of sales, increasing profitability.

At least 3 years of successful work experience in the field of marketing, digital marketing.
Experience and strong knowledge of working with social networks.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics.
Ability to see opportunities, make decisions and take responsibility.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English both orally and in writing;
Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
Knowledge of design programs.
Creativity, perseverance, independence, orientation to results.
Education in marketing, advertising management.
Experience with woocommerce would be an advantage.
Global understanding of e-commerce would be an advantage.

1300-1800 €/mon. net
The salary will depend on the candidate's competencies.
