We are currently looking for an experienced online sales specialist in Lithuania who speaks fluent French to join our sales team.
You will be responsible for:
Online store order management, communication with customers in French, cooperation with other departments in transferring and controlling orders. Order management from receipt to delivery to the customer.
- You will respond attentively to customer inquiries in order to attract as many potential customers as possible;
- You will identify the needs of potential customers, advise them professionally throughout the process and help them choose the most suitable product;
- You will ensure smooth communication with the customer from receiving the order to its delivery;
- You will cooperate with architects and factory workers, ensuring a smooth product production and delivery process;
- You will cooperate with other team members, learning from them and sharing your experience;
- You will help us to improve the quality of customer service in our company.
We hope you:
- Written and spoken French (native or at least C1 level);
- Very good English and Lithuanian language skills, both speaking and writing (at least level B);
- Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office suite programs;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Openness to innovation and challenges.
- Experience in sales or customer service;
- Experience using the CRM (customer relationship management) system;
- Experience selling expensive, personalized products.
