- Organizing technical maintenance of the electronic store and ensuring smooth operation;
- Assortment selection and sales formation;
- Analysis and improvement of sales processes.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (IT, marketing, management);
- More than 3 years of successful analog work experience;
- Ability to lead a team, set goals and motivate employees;
- Analytical thinking, organizational abilities, negotiation skills;
- A strong sense of responsibility (for both own and team results).
