Nature of work
- Working with e-commerce functionalities - their improvement and development;
- Implementation of business ideas from the beginning to the final launch;
- Constant cooperation with sales, marketing, commercial departments, logistics and other external partners;
- Formation and development of the range of assigned brands and categories, turnover analysis;
- Initiation, execution, analysis of sales promotion actions;
- Analysis of product category sales results, customer experience, market trends and competitors;
- Analysis of the results of the work performed, achievement of the set goals, preparation of reports.
Employee requirements
- At least 1+ years of work experience in the field of e-commerce and trade. Working with perfumery and cosmetics is an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MC Office package), experience with data analysis tools. Knowledge of the Magento 2 platform and the Microsoft NAVISION program would be an advantage;
- Initiative, desire to improve, pursuit of a set goal, responsibility, analytical thinking;
- Interest in perfumery-cosmetics innovations;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Driver's license.
