Nature of work
- administer the sales process of ordered goods;
- select and prepare goods for shipment;
- cooperate with parcel and courier services;
- promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information by phone and email;
- prepare assigned reports.
Employee requirements
- customer orientation, ability to take into account the customer's wishes and act productively in unexpected situations;
- grammatically correct communication in Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- knowledge of the English language (advantage);
- general understanding of IT and knowledge of MS Office;
- experience in customer service (advantage).
