Nature of work
- Ensure proper selection and management of contractors for the electrical and weak currents part of the project;
- Conduct negotiations with contractors, coordinate and conclude contracts;
- Ensure the management of the project budget and construction work execution plan;
- Effectively plan and organize the progress of work and ensure control of deadlines;
- Plan and analyze spec. financial indicators of parts of the project and ensure their implementation;
- Ensure the project spec. fulfillment of technological requirements of parts;
- Perform design documentation reviews and provide optimization suggestions;
- To coordinate and control the project participants, to solve the issues that arise;
- Cooperate with the client and/or construction manager on project management issues;
- Ensure proper fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- Coordinate and control the implementation of quality assurance/management requirements;
- Administer project documentation;
- Carry out material orders and write-offs and distribute them efficiently;
- Plan purchases and execute them according to the agreed schedule.
Requirements
- Not less than 3 years of work experience in spec. in the area of parts;
- Higher/higher engineering education;
- Certificate of the manager of the project part of electricity, weak currents, building control systems;
- Knowledge of project financial indicators management;
- LR legal acts regulating spec. knowledge of construction of parts;
- Ability to work with AutoCad, MS Project programs;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage a team;
- Successful work experience in construction project management.
Experience with large-scale and high-value projects will be an advantage.
