Electrical, Low Current, PVS Project Section Manager(s)

Nature of work

  • Ensure proper selection and management of contractors for the electrical and weak currents part of the project;
  • Conduct negotiations with contractors, coordinate and execute contracts;
  • To ensure the management of the project budget and construction work execution plan;
  • Effectively plan and organize work progress and ensure deadline control;
  • Plan and analyze spec. financial indicators of parts of the project and ensure their implementation;
  • Ensure project specifications. fulfillment of technological requirements of parts;
  • Carry out design documentation reviews and provide optimization suggestions;
  • Coordinate and control the project participants, solve the issues that arise;
  • Cooperate with the client and/or construction manager on project management issues;
  • Ensure proper performance of contractual obligations;
  • Coordinate and control the implementation of quality assurance/management requirements;
  • Administer design documentation;
  • Carry out material orders and write-offs and distribute them efficiently;
  • Plan purchases and execute them according to the agreed schedule.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of work experience in spec. in the area of parts;
  • Higher/higher engineering education;
  • Certificate of the manager of the project part of electricity, weak currents, building management systems;
  • Knowledge of project financial indicators management;
  • Legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, regulating spec. knowledge of construction of parts;
  • Ability to work with AutoCad, MS Project programs;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team;
  • Successful work experience in construction project management.

Experience with large-scale and high-value projects will be an advantage.

2500-3000 €/mon. net
Basic (tariff) salary ranges from 25 EUR/hour. up to 30 EUR/hour depending on experience.
The employment contract specifies and determines the hourly rate wage before taxes.
