What awaits you:
- Organization of the activities of the electrical engineering department, making related decisions, initiating and implementing changes;
- Adequate distribution and control of tasks for the unit team;
- Ensuring quality control and execution deadlines in work flow projects;
- Maintaining communication with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, other company departments;
- Participation in tenders, organization of proposal preparation, review and adjustment of estimates;
- Responsibility for the achievement of the goals and results of the department's activities and the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (in the field of electrical engineering or electrical automation would be a big advantage);
- You are able to lead a team, manage large-scale projects, analyze data;
- You have good skills in reading and understanding technical drawings and documentation;
- You are able to communicate in English and Russian;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You know the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulates the design, construction and maintenance of energy facilities;
- We would consider having a qualification certificate an advantage.

Salary
From 3500 €/mon. net
Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be determined based on work experience and competence.
We pay bonuses depending on the results of project implementation and bonuses for exceptional work results.
