Nature of work
- Project planning, implementation coordination, production process organization and project
- Organization and control of daily work in the facility;
- Ensuring the quality, timeliness and cost management of the work performed;
- Organizing and ensuring delivery of completed works to the customer;
- Communication about the progress of the project;
- Budget control;
- Organization of the work of subordinate employees, distribution of functions and responsibilities;
- Analysis of the results of the ongoing project, making proposals;
- Management of project implementation documentation, preparation for activations;
- Organization of subcontracting and control of its performed works.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience in the energy or construction sector;
- Experience of independent implementation of projects, project management;
- SSVA certificate - manager of special construction works of a special structure (would be an advantage);
- Organizational abilities, work planning and project budget planning skills;
- Electrotechnical education - an advantage;
- Computer literacy;
- Driver's licence B category.
