Job description:
Engineering design, efficiency increase, and implementation works of biofuel water heating and steam boilers, other alternative energy production, conversion systems.
In this position, you would be responsible for:
- Supervision of the engineering part of proposal preparation (preparation of PFD and p&id schemes, calculation of energy balances, preparation of equipment specifications, selection and assembly);
- Performing and/or confirming fuel engineering and combustion process calculations;
- Performing and/or confirming heat and mass balance calculations of the water-steam circuit;
- Piping system equipment engineering: valves, regulators, reduction stations, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. Preparation of supply requests, selection of the optimal supplier, preparation of the technical part of the supply contract;
- Supervision of engineering issues in the course of project execution (preparation of detailed p&id technological schemes, equipment ordering, assisting designers with engineering issues, participation in equipment start-up and tuning works);
- Preparation of project engineering documentation;
- Supervision of the engineering part of the risk analysis (HAZOP).
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Be able to work with software packages: AutoCad, MS office;
- Know Lithuanian, English and communicate freely in the professional field (knowledge of Polish would be an advantage);
- Category B driver's license.
