About:
Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated English speaker to join our team.
You can expect to:
- Manage other requests received from customers or colleagues via e-mail or internal systems in a timely manner
- Work with P&C Insurance policy administration (create/terminate/update private and commercial customers’ insurance policies)
- Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated
- Provide reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work
- Proactively identify and solve issues in the system
- Review that Customers’ / Insurers’ documents are compliant to existing procedures
We expect You to:
- Have good English language skills (B1+ and upper)
- Have strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction
- Be accurate, structured, and detail oriented
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills
- Have positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment
- Have experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care, but this would be an advantage, not a requirement
