Nature of work:
- Equinox installation, user consulting (IS system host role)
- Searching for new business process automation opportunities together with process masters including the following modules:
- >Inventory management and planning
- >Assortment management
- >Management of warehouse and logistics activities
- Equinox integration with currently used solutions: Concorde XAL, Good Stream, Pimcore, NIELSEN Spaceman and external partner systems
- Forming tasks for the programmer team and external service providers and product installers
- Delving into business processes, needs of internal customers (users), analysis and assessment of these needs, specification of requirements for IS modifications, coordination of solutions
- Developing test scenarios and ensuring compliance with functional requirements
- Design of information systems, user interfaces and their changes
- Periodical assessment of tickets, incidents, changes, problem identification, task management
- Architecture design of system changes, implementation supervision
- Data preparation, management and transfer to the new system
- Design, development and maintenance of system infrastructure, system environments
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in the position of ERP IT project manager or IT analyst
- Experience in implementing and developing ERP solutions in Equinox or other logistics process automation system environment
- Ability to understand business processes, analyze them and provide optimization recommendations
- IT project management experience, ability to formulate tasks for a team of programmers and external service providers and product installers
- Experience writing, testing and/or analyzing technical tasks
- Experience with SQL and task management tools Jira and/or Slack
- Professional knowledge of English
- Communicability and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of retail processes (advantage)
- Knowledge in warehouse logistics, commerce, supply processes (advantage)
