WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE:
- Sales of the main products produced by Juodelia (pallet elements) in European markets: market analysis, formation of assortment and pricing, introduction of new products;
- Managing the sales process: ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process from start to finish, including maintaining sales records, concluding transactions and ensuring that all sales procedures run smoothly and efficiently;
- Formation and management of the sales team: setting and managing the goals of sales managers and assistants;
- Selection of sales managers and assistants, training;
- Collaborate with planning and production teams to align sales strategies with the company's overall goals;
- Provide the highest level of customer service and support while building long-term partnerships with customers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- At least 3 years of successful work experience leading a team in the field of B2B sales;
- Experience in achieving sales goals, expanding customer bases and leading successful sales teams;
- Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, allowing to identify and take advantage of new business opportunities;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to effectively form, lead and manage teams;
- Good understanding of Western European market dynamics and customer behavior;
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, German, Italian or French.
