Linas Agro – one of the largest grain exporters in Lithuania specializing in agricultural commodities trading throughout the Baltics – from the ports of Lithuanian, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland.
Now we are looking for a ever curious, constant learner with analytical thinking to join our international trade team as an Execution Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Taking on part of trade contract operations paperwork ensuring smooth execution.
- Collecting and storing operational data.
- Assessing and managing operational risks.
- Dealing with service providers (stevedores, forwarders, agents, surveyors).
- Dealing with contract counter-parties (buyers/sellers, brokers).
- Dealing with internal stakeholders (traders, finance, logistics).
Position Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree level, preferably in Logistics/Economics/Finance/Law.
- Experience in Managing/Execution/Logistics (would be an advantage).
- Understanding of Incoterms (would be an advantage).
- Excellent English (both spoken and written) is a MUST.
- Computer literate: solid understanding of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Sharp analytical thinking – ability to transform data into meaningful insights and find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
- Mindset for excellence, attention to the details.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn CONTINIOUSLY.
- Good stress management skills and ability to keep up in high pace environment.
