About the role:
As a key member of our IT development team, which manages SEB reporting systems and liaises data with external government agencies across various countries, you'll immerse yourself in an Agile environment located in Vilnius, your collaboration will extend across teams both locally and in Stockholm, working closely with our business stakeholders in Sweden. About the role:

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code based on our Java stack.
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to plan sprints, estimate tasks, and deliver features in line with project goals.
- Lead code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards and practices within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline, enhancing automation and deployment processes.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Demonstrated experience in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms and a proven track record of successful migrations to Java
- Experience with SOLID coding principles
- Experience to communicate designs and operational instructions through usable documentation
- Fluency in both written and spoken English

Monthly salary range for this position: 2600 - 5300EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
