Nature of work:
- Management of all processes taking place in the store and ensuring efficient operation;
- Organization of daily store work, direct delegation of tasks to staff;
- Selection, training and education of store team members;
- Motivating team members to achieve the goals set by the company;
- Implementation and analysis of set financial goals;
- Preparation of financial statements of the store;
- Professional customer service;
- Creating the image of the store.
Requirements:
- Higher Education;
- Managerial work experience (advantage – in retail trade);
- Ability to purposefully achieve set goals;
- Ability to take responsibility for own results and the results of the entire team;
- Ability to work flexibly in a team and motivate it.
