ISS Lietuva started operating in 2005 and today has over 280 employees. ISS Lietuva provides integrated facility services such as office support, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance and etc.
Today we are looking for Facility Manager who will be responsible for maintaining service level agreements, key performance indicators and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.

Today we are looking for Facility Manager who will be responsible for maintaining service level agreements, key performance indicators and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage the delivery of the range of services in line with the agreed scope of service level agreement (SLA);
- Ensure close communication and control of subcontractors;
- Ensure all critical services supporting the client’s core business are maintained to an agreed standard;
- Implement and manage site specific business operating procedure;
- Proactively implement service development initiatives and corrective action plans;
- Prepare necessary periodical reports;
- Provide any other needed support to direct manager and other team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience working in Facilities Management;
- Fluent English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal);
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a team and individually;
- Strong commercial understanding;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools.

- Salary from 2800 €/month gross. The specific salary can be offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competences and suitability to the requirements of the position.
