What you will be doing
- Be the key Global Finance contact for the leaders of the global functions (including the Senior Vice President, Finance) providing monthly/quarterly management reporting and interpreting the financial performance, as well as being their primary source of support for all issues relating to their financial performance and plans;
- Assist the functional teams with Oracle Hyperion reports and functionality;
- Support the global functions with the development of their annual budgets and entering them into the Vena planning system;
- Contribute to improving the efficiency of the annual planning process;
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed and perform related duties as assigned by Management.
What your background should look like
- 2-3 years relevant experience as a business partner or financial analyst;
- Strong organisational and analytical skills;
- Comfortable responding to queries from senior stakeholders in World Courier.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion, Vena and/or SAP is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude;
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to work collaboratively and be a team player;
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
- Receptive to change and new ideas, with the desire and ability to learn new systems and improve existing processes;
- Able to work accurately and efficiently and meet tight deadlines;
- Comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision;
