In this position, you will:
- Provide ongoing monitoring of investment projects and portfolios, including periodic reporting of financial and operational results
- Collect, review and analyse relevant data from multiple sources (market data, fund reports, financial statements, etc.) to put together detailed reports covering performance of investment portfolios and individual investment projects
- Ensure timely and high-standard reporting with a goal of constant reporting process improvement
- Support/coordinate with accounting and audit personnel in preparation of financial statements and audit reviews
- Analyse potential investment projects and prepare memos/presentations
- While completing tasks at hand, engage with external counterparties such as fund managers, founders, project developers, financial institutions, investors, consultants and other key stakeholders
- Support other team members in financial management and control of the portfolio companies as well as during critical events, such as M&A, capital raising, etc.
- Assist with projects on an ad-hoc basis
You are our perfect candidate if you:
- Have university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
- Have work experience of 1-3 years in accounting, audit, financial analysis/reporting or similar function
- Have excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Are confident with verbal and written communication, fluent in English and Lithuanian languages – spoken and business writing
- Are highly attentive to details and posses process-owner attitude
- Are comfortable working with large amounts of information and appreciate its confidential nature; are able to process both qualitative and quantitative data into valuable insights and conclusions
- Are naturally curious, independent, result-oriented and eager to learn new things
