As a Financial Controller, you are an integral part of the group-wide Finance and Risk Management Division and a key employee of the financial controlling department with a direct reporting line to the group controller and CFO of Omniva group.

As a Financial Controller, you are an integral part of the group-wide Finance and Risk Management Division and a key employee of the financial controlling department with a direct reporting line to the group controller and CFO of Omniva group.
As a Financial Controller you will be
- preparing divisional budgets and financial forecasts.
- developing and overseeing investment cost-benefit analyzes and conducting post-investment assessments within your respective area.
- creating and maintaining management reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- overseeing the performance of Omniva's Lithuanian subsidiaries.
- cooperating group-wide with the rest of the pan-Baltic financial team.
We will be happy if you
- possess prior experience as a financial controller, analyst or manager in a sizable corporation.
- demonstrate proficiency in Excel, with experience in Power BI being a non-mandatory additional valuable asset.
- exhibit ambition and drive to achieve results while enhancing business operations.
- possess the ability to streamline complexity and identify root causes through a systematic approach.
- showcase strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, while being comfortable also working independently.
- are fluent in both Lithuanian and English.
