Financial Controller

OMNIVA is the largest international post and logistics company in the Baltics, which has been delivering letters and parcels to its customers all over the world for decades.

As a Financial Controller, you are an integral part of the group-wide Finance and Risk Management Division and a key employee of the financial controlling department with a direct reporting line to group controller and CFO of Omniva group.

As a Financial Controller you will be

• preparing divisional budgets and financial forecasts.
• developing and overseeing investment cost-benefit analyses and conducting post-investment assessments within your respective area.
• creating and maintaining management reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• overseeing the performance of Omniva's Lithuanian subsidiaries.
• cooperating group-wide with the rest of the pan-Baltic financial team.

We will be happy if you

• possess prior experience as a financial controller, analyst or manager in a sizable corporation.
• demonstrate proficiency in Excel, with experience in Power BI being a non-mandatory additional valuable asset.
• exhibit ambition and drive to achieve results while enhancing business operations.
• possess the ability to streamline complexity and identify root causes through a systematic approach.
• showcase strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, while being comfortable also working independently.
• are fluent in both Lithuanian and English.
