Here’s what you’ll be doing as Financial Operations Analyst:
- Import data from external platforms into the internal system
- Perform deposits reconciliation
- Investigate problematic payments
- Execute transactions/process refunds
- Ensure timely and accurate transactions processing
- Identify any issues or areas of improvement
- Work proactively with other operational departments
- Assist team with the daily workflow and ad hoc tasks

- Strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of payment operations
- A degree in Finance/Economics or a related discipline would be considered an advantage
- Collaborative, proactive, and curious
- Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, according to business needs
