Nature of work
- Supervise and follow the absorption of project financing, administer documentation, financial reporting reports of the provided projects;
- Plan future budgets, project estimates for current, necessary and future expenses, improve the existing financial system;
- Cooperate with project managers, trainers, clients;
- To cooperate with the specialists of the automated accounting system, to provide them with all the necessary information;
- Cooperate with municipal, state and other fund specialists and maintain a representative image of a financially responsible institution.

"Personal Development Culture Center" is a private institution operating since 2016. Klaipėda and Klaipėda district. The main purpose of the activity is non-formal education, education and sports. Currently, we organize sports classes, camps, events and operate as an open youth center, a private kindergarten, we opened the first indoor skateboard park operating in western Lithuania.
Every year we set ourselves more and more challenges, which is why we are growing fast and currently 20 employees are working in the institution permanently and joining projects.
