Nature of work
Key Features:
- functions related to calculation of wages - social insurance contributions, income tax, calculation and payment of benefits to employees, preparation and submission of reports, notifications, declarations;
- detailed short-term and long-term planning of the wage fund (funds);
- accounting of transactions with accountable persons;
- analytical accounting of business trip expenses;
- accounting of development cooperation and other short-term projects;
- Accounting of the reserves and short-term assets of the Competition Council;
- management of financial files;
Employee requirements
- no lower than higher education, acquired before 2009, or special secondary education, acquired before 1995;
- at least one year of work experience in the field of finance;
- ability to use the State Budget Accounting and Payment System (VBAMS), the Public Sector Financial Accounting General Subsystem (FABIS), the Public Sector Accounting and Reporting Consolidation Information System (VSAKIS), the payroll program "Stekas-alga" and the main Microsoft Office software packages programs;
- ability to apply legal acts related to direct activities in practice;
- analytical thinking, the ability to discover and manage data and information, to prepare reports, conclusions, proposals based on them;
- ability to communicate and cooperate, work in a team;
- ability to fluently, logically and motivatedly teach ideas in writing and orally;
- ability to independently plan, organize one's activities, carry out assignments;
- motivation to learn and look for ways to make the institution's operational processes more efficient.
