Nature of work:
- Analysis and control of the profitability of the group of companies, operational processes and their efficiency.
- Compilation of company group forecasts, execution monitoring, implementation analysis, submissions and proposals.
- Preparation of various financial reports for management and other internal and external users of information.
- Preparation of company group budgets, budget execution control, cost analysis.
- Assessment of financial need, investments, preparation of plans and submission of proposals.
- Analysis of the efficiency of individual departments and business processes.
- Identification and assessment of risks, providing conclusions.
- Improvement and implementation of analytical IT systems, business management system solutions in a group of companies.
- Market, competitive environment analysis.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance or economics.
- At least 1 year of similar work experience.
- Experience with business management software.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make suggestions, systematic thinking.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Responsibility, creativity, generation of ideas.
