Responsibilities awaiting you:
- Work closely with other departments to identify their analytics needs and prepare the required reports using the PBI tool.
- Perform cost control of project budgets, analysis of deviations and financial results.
- Prepare consolidated monthly reports, including profit (loss), project profitability and other cuts.
- Cash flow forecasting at project and company level.
- Budget planning, execution control, analysis and forecasting.
- Prepare reports using databases (Rivile, BSS, Excel).
- Provide insights, forecasts and suggestions to managers and contribute to data-driven decision making.
- Provide assistance to the head of the Finance Department in preparing reports for banks and audit companies.
- Further development of the business accounting system.
- Following news about new BI technologies and their application.
We hope you:
- Experience in FP&A / business control / financial reporting, preferably in a construction-project management company (work in project management is a plus)
- Holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Economics/Mathematics or related field
- Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- You are able to plan and organize your activities independently
- Boasts excellent analytical, MS Excel and PBI program skills and reporting experience. Data integration from systems (Rivile, BSS, Excel) would be an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (Russian is an advantage)
