Nature of work
LRT - the largest and most modern media group in Lithuania with deep traditions invites a Financial Analyst to join the Finance Department team.
- Creation of a budget preparation system, preparation of annual budgets by departments, improvement of their preparation procedures and process.
- Preparation of structural department cost/income performance reports and presentations to managers using the Power BI tool.
- Budget control, analysis of deviations, providing insights and conclusions to the management about the financial condition of the department and the institution.
- Improvement of financial management processes and development of efficiency with the help of modern technologies.
- Monitoring of the determination and implementation of the need for investment projects and purchases.
- Development and maintenance of reports prepared in the Power BI system.
- Calculation of service rates.
- Other various non-standard analyzes and reports.
Employee requirements
- Have a higher education in economics or finance.
- Have at least 3 years of analytical work experience.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in working with MS Office software package, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Good knowledge in financial management, accounting, planning, cost control.
- An advantage in working with the State budget accounting and payment system (VBAMS, FABIS), document management system "Doclogix".
- Be familiar with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the creation and execution of state and municipal budgets, management of funds, accounting standards of the Public Sector.
- Ability to analyze and systematize large flows of information.
