FOR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (-EI)
The position of finance and accounting specialist is intended to implement financial management and accounting management related to the functions of the special activity area - export promotion and administration of agricultural and food market regulatory measures financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund.

FOR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (-EI)
The position of finance and accounting specialist is intended to implement financial management and accounting management related to the functions of the special activity area - export promotion and administration of agricultural and food market regulatory measures financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund.
Qualification requirements:
- higher university education;
- at least one year of work experience in the field of finance and/or accounting;
- analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions independently;
- time planning and task prioritization skills;
- good skills in working with the basic programs of the MS Office package;
- communication, organization, responsibility, independence.
Work functions:
- to organize and carry out the institution's financial and economic accounting related to the special field of activity, i.e. i.e. export promotion, private storage and purchases-sales of intervention products;
- ensure the correctness of data in financial and operational reports;
- check the compliance of accounting documents with the requirements established in legal acts;
- prepare financial reports, certificates and other documents related to the special field of activity and submit them to the chief accountant, director of the institution, auditors, allocation managers, tax administrators, state institutions;
- perform financial accounting of project funds;
- keep records of foreign assignments;
- to participate in commissions and working groups according to competence, in order to implement the tasks formulated for these groups or commissions;
- in accordance with the competence to manage accounting of payments with suppliers and buyers for intervention products and private storage support and to ensure that economic operations are properly recorded in accounting registers and to update accounting procedures;
- prepare and provide information to the National Payment Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture related to the special field of activity;
- prepare payment orders related to the special field of activity in the information accounting system;
- carry out control of the estimate of the state budget funds of the special activity area and submit proposals for changing the estimate to the chief accountant;
- perform financial accounting of current, special and currency bank accounts in the information system;
- perform accounting of the bank account related to the bank loan;
- issue VAT invoices related to the special field of activity;
- to make proposals to the chief accountant regarding the improvement of activities related to the implementation of functions;
- manage the financial accounting documentation and submit it to the archive.

Proposed salary: official salary (before taxes) 1679.00 Eur*.
The official salary coefficient is 0.94.

If no applicant submits documents to participate in the competition or no applicant meets the qualification requirements set out in the competition announcement and/or answers positively to at least one of questions 4-10 of the applicant questionnaire, the deadline for accepting applicant documents after the announcement of the competition on the website of the Department of Public Service through the Civil Service Management Information System, may be extended up to 10 working days.
The method of selection of applicants is a written test.
