You will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing and managing the work of the accounting department.
- Formation and implementation of accounting and financial policy.
- Active participation in the formation of the company's strategy.
- Preparing and providing financial reports and other information (forecasts, risks, etc.) to management.
- Development of internal control procedures (eg procurement authorization, cost control, etc.) and implementation control when working with local and remote departments.
- Working capital management, cash flow supervision, liquidity control.
- Financial risk management.
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of the company's financial activities.
We hope you:
- You have obtained a higher university education in the field of finance/economics/business management.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the position of Finance Manager.
- You know international accounting standards.
- You are an entrepreneurial person, willing and able to create and implement the company's strategy.
- You have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- You are a leader by nature, you know how to gather and motivate team members, and you effectively solve problems.
