Nature of work
- Evaluation and analysis of the company's activity and financial indicators.
- Preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts, execution supervision and control, process improvement.
- Control of the implementation of the income and expenditure plan, analysis of deviations, making proposals.
- Collection of financial information, systematization, preparation of reports and presentation to the management.
- Control of fixed and short-term assets.
- Active cooperation with Finance departments in other group companies.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of financial economics or accounting.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a financial controller/analyst.
- Knowledge of business and accounting standards and principles of financial analysis.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Excel PowerPoint).
- Analytical logical thinking, ability to systematize, summarize and present information.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Working experience with IBM Cognos Navision applications would be an advantage.
